We invite you to utilize the Lewis County Historical Museum as an educational resource in addition to a place where you can celebrate and explore local history.
Experience History In-Person
Experience our county’s history as you peruse exhibits located inside the historic 1912 Northern Pacific Railway depot. Our abundant displays depict the early settlements and pioneer life in Lewis County, the oldest county in Washington State. Explore exhibits reflecting the area’s logging and rail history as well as a hands-on area for children. Come back throughout the year to see our rotating displays which feature a new, unique aspect of Lewis County culture and history every quarter!
Personal Support
Take advantage of our vast research library, as well as the knowledgeable volunteers and docents who can help you locate documents and find information about a wide variety of topics.
